Bosch eBike Systems powers mid-drive motors in Cannondale, Trek, Giant, and dozens of other brands. The Bosch eBike Flow app (formerly eBike Connect) handles motor and battery registration, firmware updates, ride statistics, and service reminders from a single interface. When a dealer activates a Bosch-powered bike, the motor and battery are registered to the Bosch system. The owner then links their account in the Flow app to access the full service portal. Lectric eBikes uses a companion app for registration and basic battery monitoring. The app is less feature-rich than Bosch or Rad, but it captures serial number, purchase date, and battery cycle count, and serves as the registration record for warranty claims.
